Shipment Policy

The Israel Ornithological Center (SPNI) shipment policy is as follows: 

Self pickup – From the SPNI office 2 Negev St. Tel Aviv

Sunday – Thursday 9am to 4 pm – with phone confirmation (03 6388750)

Domestic Shipment - 5-14 business days from confirmed order. 

Overseas shipment - up to 45 days from confirmed order 

 

 

IOC cancellation policy

Ordering products and/or making registrations via our online shop is subject to the Israeli Laws, and therefore product may be returned within 14 days from arrival to customer. Moreover, but without compromising this right, please see hereby our cancellations policy.

 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  1. IOC Bird festivals cancellation policy

    1. In order to book your trip you are required to fill out an official Booking form or book directly online. After completing the booking you will receive an official confirmation of your reservation.

    2. Full payment for the festival will be charged upon booking.

    3. In the event of a cancellation our policy is as follows:

      1. Cancellation up to 3 months before the event will draw no charges.

      2. Cancellation between 3 and 2 months before the event will charge a 30% of the full package price, per person.

      3. Cancellation between 2 month and 1 month before the event will draw a 50% cancellation charge.

      4. In the event of a last minute cancellation (1 month or less before the event) you will be charged the full price for the package booked.

    4. If you are cancelling because of a medical condition please make sure to provide the necessary paperwork with your cancellation and we will assess the situation before charging penalties.

    1. RETURNS

      1. If you would like to return a book due to product defect, the SPNI shop shall facilitate a replacement. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.

      2. Please advise us within seven days from receipt of the item of your intent to return an item, including the corresponding reason or actual product defect.

      3. If possible send us an image of the product defect as an attachment with the email.

      4. Please send us an email with all relevant information. A notice of replacement shall be issued to the customer once the request is approved.

      5. You can get your order replaced only once without any extra charge and we will send you the replacement only when we have received the book/books back from you.

    2. ORDER CANCELLATION

      1. You can cancel your order provided that the order has not yet been sent.

      2. Please submit cancelation in the online shop or contact us.
